The organization was established when Adrien and Pierre’s mom, Francoise, was stressed over the bias they could look in their expert life for being gay.[5] They constructed myGwork to address the issue of segregation towards LGBT individuals in the working environment and guarantee each expert equivalent opportunities to succeed.[6][7][8][9][10]
