There are many options for a dream wedding in this beautiful region, but The West Palm Beach Event Hall offers a superior experience for a fraction of the cost of “premium” local venues. Opening in February 2011, the banquet facility originally housed 2 rooms, offering space for up to 430. In October 2011, The Bradley Suite opened, offering a third room and a updated total capacity of 920.

The venue is ideal for both wedding ceremonies and receptions, the space having many setup possibilities. The Worth Room is a comfortable 1050 square feet, and is ideal for smaller ceremonies, cocktail hours or a children’s area. The Flagler-Poinciana Suite has a larger area of over 2500 square feet, offering a spacious, sweeping area for larger ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners and more. Both rooms feature soft colors, elegant lighting and modern decor.

The newly built Bradley Suite is a regal, lush hall, with more than 3200 square feet. A mirrored wall makes this an ideal ballroom, with plenty of room for a buffet, entertainment, dining and dancing.

All 3 rooms are equipped with advanced audio and video equipment, including zoned audio and plug & play capabilities. The hall also features an impressive stainless steel kitchenette, private accessible restroom, and on-site parking. Many party rentals are available, from linens and chafing dishes to personnel and table number holders. Tables and chairs are always included, and will also be setup prior to the event’s start time according to the client’s preferences.

The West Palm Beach Event Hall does not provide catering, however there are zero restrictions on outside vendors, allowing brides to select everything from their food service provider to their entertainment, cake maker and officiant. The staff can also make recommendations according to your taste and/or budget.

The location of this wedding venue is also ideal for any needs. Close to I-95, Florida’s Turnpike, public transportation and Palm Beach International Airport, it’s easy to get there no matter what your mode. There are several hotels in the area, with two less than a mile from the front door. There’s also plenty of shopping in case of last-minute necessities.
